Handling of Personal Information

Freedom, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) handles the personal information provided in the inquiry form as follows:

1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
   To respond to your inquiry.
2. Outsourcing of Personal Information and Provision to Third Parties
   The Company may outsource the handling of personal information to a third party within the scope of the purposes of use described in (1) above. Unless required by law, we will not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.
3. Voluntary Provision of Personal Information
   The provision of personal information to us is voluntary. However, if you do not provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our services appropriately.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information and Contact for Inquiries
   The Company will promptly respond to requests for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of content, suspension of use, deletion, suspension of provision to third parties (disclosure, etc.), or disclosure of records of provision to third parties regarding the retained personal data handled by us. A fee of 3,000 Japanese Yen per case will be charged for notification of purpose of use, disclosure of personal information, and disclosure of records of provision of personal information to third parties.
