Information Security Policy

Freedom, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) considers it important to ensure the security of information, including customer information handled during business.
We also recognize that it is our responsibility to ensure the security of information assets, including personal information, and to gain the trust of our customers and the society in which we operate, and that this is essential for the continuation of our business.

We have established the Information Security Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) and will strive to handle and maintain information assets in an appropriate manner.

  1. Management and Protection of Information Assets
    The Company will implement appropriate measures to protect our information assets based on the methods defined in our information security management system.
  2. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Standards
    The Company will comply with all business, legal, regulatory, and contractual security requirements.
  3. Education and Training
    The Company will provide all employees with the information security education and training necessary for their duties, including the appropriate handling of customer information in the course of their work.
  4. Continuous Improvement
    To ensure that the information security management system is properly managed, the Company will periodically evaluate the implementation status of the information security management system as part of efforts to visualize the management status and strive for continuous improvement.
